An Iconic Power Sniper Rifle originally belonging to Panam.
Overwatch is a modified 'SPT32 Grad' sniper rifle featuring an increased reload speed and a custom suppressor.
Overwatch is obtained as a Blue or 'Rare' quality sniper rifle alongside a Purple or 'Epic' quality crafting spec. Overwatch can be upgraded twice; once to Epic quality, and again to Legendary quality.
