To start the Pokemon Legends: Z-A Get Well Fennekin side quest, head to the non-player character located northwest of the center of the map. Travel south along the main road toward Cafe Class, and look for an old man sitting in a chair on the left side while heading that direction. Get Well Fennekin SIde Quest Start Location:
Next, obtain a water Pokemon with water moves to progress. For instance, visit Wild Zone 2 at night to catch a Staryu, or choose any suitable water Pokemon. Proceed to Wild Zone 5 and enter from the west entrance.
Old Man Location:
Upon entering, turn immediately left toward the north to find three purple sludge piles. Throw out the water Pokemon, target the sludge with ZL like a normal Pokemon, and select a water move from the bottom right to eliminate them. This opens a secret path to follow until dropping down into a watery area.
Secret Path in Wildzone 5:
Turn right there to spot more purple sludge piles, remove them with water moves, and continue through the tunnel. Emerging on the other side often reveals an alpha Pokemon, placing the area in Blue Sector 1 within Wild Zone 5 where revitalizing branches appear.
Gather all the revitalizing branches to advance the quest. Return to Magenta Sector 2 northwest of the map center and speak to the non-player character again. Use a revitalizing branch on Fennekin to heal it, completing the Pokemon Legends: Z-A Fennekin location step.
