Spears Skill
The spear skill determines your aptitude with spears in Valheim. Spears are fun to use in Valheim, they have excellent range, but the have a serious issue with verticality. If you're below or above your target, you may not be able to hit your target. You'll unlock this skill the first time you stab an enemy with a spear.
Effects of leveling spear skill
- +1% damage per level for +100% damage at level 100 (max level)
On flat ground, spears are very nice to use. The range on spears makes them extremely safe to use in melee combat since you can outrange most enemies.
