Unarmed Skill
Unarmed skill in Valheim is a weapon of last resort. It's always better to use some kind of weapon instead of your fists, unless maybe your weapons stink and your unarmed skill is level 100. Unarmed is a skill you may unlock in the very beginning if you try punching something, or you may unlock it accidentally by punching something later in the game.
Effects of leveling unarmed skill
- +1% damage per level for +100% damage at level 100 (max level)
Once you hit max level on unarmed skill, you'll do double damage. While the amount of damage is still abysmal, when punching skeletons you'll do 7 damage per punch, not bad honestly.
