In Conan Exiles players can spend knowledge points to unlock crafting recipes. The survivalist recipe is unlocked by default in Conan Exiles. This basic crafting recipe cannot be unlearned by drinking a yellow lotus potion. Even though this recipe cannot be unlearned, it costs 0 knowledge points to have, so there is nothing to be gained by unlearning it, even if it were possible.

The survivalist recipe gives players the ability to craft a stone pick and an improvised torch. In the beginning these are both very useful items. It's almost impossible to see at night without a torch in Conan Exiles.
