The Set Antidote is one of the basic religious items of the worshipers of Set in Conan Exiles. This item can be crafted from human hearts, which can be torn out of their victims using the Setite Ritual Knife.

The Set Antidote is an extremely potent anti-poison potion. This item will instantly cure the user of any and all poison debuffs. This item is especially useful when fighting spiders.

Crafting this item is also the primary way to get Manifestations of Zeal for the Sepulcher of Set. The manifestations of zeal are used later on to upgrade the sepulcher to higher levels, and ultimately summon the avatar Set himself.

The Set Antidote can only be crafted by the worshipers of Set who have the Acolyte of Set crafting recipe unlocked. Even with a sepulcher, players cannot craft the antidote without that recipe in Conan Exiles.
