The entrance features a distinctive white and green door on the north side, but it's sealed tight and won't open directly. With the Locus Canister in hand, locate a nearby hole in the floor and drop down into it. From there, run toward the northern part of this lower area, directly to the sealed door. Throw the canister at it to trigger an explosion that destroys the protective cover and the guard mechanism, finally opening the path. Proceed inside and delve deeper into the bunker.

Inside the Order Bunker, you'll encounter two puzzle rooms en route to the finale. In the first room, search for small canisters to activate the central console.
