A review of the Orisa Sigma nerfs coming to Overwatch (11/13/2019)

This is one of the largest patches to Overwatch in a long time. The overal theme of this patch is death to double shield meta. Orisa is getting changed, Sigma is getting nerfed, Rein's getting changed, and so on. This youtuber explains his opinions and thoughts on each part of the patch notes. This patch came to the PTR in November of 2019, if you're reading this at much later date then this may not make sense anymore for Overwatch.
