Surtling Core
Surtling cores are a type of lootable resource and crafting material in Valheim. This item is used to unlock and craft a few vital crafting buildings that are required to continue progression through the game, including smelters and charcoal kilns.
Surtling Cores are found from the following:
- Burial Chambers Dungeons
- Swamp Surtlings
- Ashlands Surtlings
Surtling cores can be found in little stands in the burial chambers dungeons. Also surtling enemies drop them when killed. You can find surtlings in swamp biomes and especially ashlands biomes at the south of the map.
