Passive skills are something every unit has in Gacha Club and they offer the whole team a stat bonus of some kind or another. There are six passive skills total, one for each type of stat. This is in contrast to active skills in Gacha Club, which use MP to cast and do something powerful.

All Gacha Club Passive Skills:
Team MP Boost
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team MP Boost. This passive skill increases the amount of MP allowed for the team and gives a slight boost to the MP regen speed. A passive skill like this is actually really useful when you're new to the game; however, with each DJ level, players get additional MP. So eventually players start off with immense amounts of MP, which reduces the importance of a skill like Team MP Boost.
The level progression for Team MP Boost in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Max MP +5 and +1 MP Speed
Level 2: Max MP +10 and +1 MP Speed
Level 3: Max MP +15 and +1 MP Speed
Level 4: Max MP +20 and +1 MP Speed
Level 5: Max MP +25 and +1 MP Speed
Team Max HP+
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team Max HP+. This passive skill increases the max HP of all your units. Stacking this passive can give your units a lot of HP. This passive skill is really good for bosses. If you put together 6 units with this passive who have high base HP, you can make a team that's extremely hard to defeat. Also combine that with HP boosting pets and your party can get a lot of HP.
The level progression for Team Max HP+ in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Max HP of all units +3%
Level 2: Max HP of all units +6%
Level 3: Max HP of all units +9%
Level 4: Max HP of all units +12%
Level 5: Max HP of all units +15%
Team Crit DMG+
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team Crit DMG+. This passive skill increases how much damage critical hits do. This stacks on top of the already existing crit DMG. So if your team already does 2x crit damage and this adds x0.5 your new crit damage will be 2.5x of base damage. This passive skill is really useful if you ever do hit a critical hit. With enough of these, a critical hit can hit really really hard.
The level progression of Team Crit DMG+ in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Team critical damage is increased by an additional x0.1
Level 2: Team critical damage is increased by an additional x0.2
Level 3: Team critical damage is increased by an additional x0.3
Level 4: Team critical damage is increased by an additional x0.4
Level 5: Team critical damage is increased by an additional x0.5
Team Crit Rate+
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team Crit Rate+. This passve skill makes your team more likely to hit critical hits. If this number reaches 100% then your team can only hit critical hits. How much damage your critical hits do in Gacha Club is based on your crit damage, which is also a stat that can be modified with passive skills, active skills, and pets.
The level progression of Team Crit Rate+ in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Increases your teams chance of hitting a critical hit by an additional 2%
Level 2: Increases your teams chance of hitting a critical hit by an additional 4%
Level 3: Increases your teams chance of hitting a critical hit by an additional 6%
Level 4: Increases your teams chance of hitting a critical hit by an additional 8%
Level 5: Increases your teams chance of hitting a critical hit by an additional 10%
Team ATK+
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team ATK+. This passive skill increases the attack stat of all units of your party. These stack, so if you get 6 units with this your party will do an additional 60% damage. ATK+ is a really nice passive skill, especially for farming training courses for gold and gems. Increased attack can speed up every battle.
The level progression of Team ATK+ in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Increases the attack damage of all units by 2%
Level 2: Increases the attack damage of all units by 4%
Level 3: Increases the attack damage of all units by 6%
Level 4: Increases the attack damage of all units by 8%
Level 5: Increases the attack damage of all units by 10%
Team DEF+
This Gacha Club passive skill is called Team DEF+. This passive skill increases the defense stats of all your units. Defense makes your units take less damage. With enough defense you can take significantly less damage. This stat is very useful for boss fights so that you can sustain the fight for longer and decrease the chances of having a unit get taken out in one hit.
The level progression of Team DEF+ in Gacha Club is as follows:
Level 1: Increases the defense of all units by 2%
Level 2: Increases the defense of all units by 4%
Level 3: Increases the defense of all units by 6%
Level 4: Increases the defense of all units by 8%
Level 5: Increases the defense of all units by 10%
