VI and IV is a water type unit in Gacha Club. These two guys look like a mix between law enforcement and samurai. They come well dressed with medium length hair and a cap with an insignia on it. VI and IV is one of the highest attack stat units in all of Gacha Club. Quite possibly the second strongest unit next to Shizu.
