This Guide will show you how to mine for precious resources in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. In order to do this, first grab a stick and a rock. This stick and rock can be fused with the fuse ability gained from the second shrine in order to make a hammer. The hammer can then be used as a sort of pickaxe so that Link will be able to break mining nodes in order to gain precious resources as well as gems such as topaz, ruby, and opal. Mining nodes appear as large black shimmering rocks and have materials that can be used for crafting weapons, fusing, recipes, and making money, which makes mining an important gameplay component in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
