The coarse tunic is part of the coarse armor set in Conan Exiles. This armor is the most basic in the game and is known by default thanks to the weaver crafting recipe. In order to craft the coarse leggings players need 25 plant fiber, which can be gathered from large bushes using E (Default key) on the keyboard.

The coarse tunic is one of the weakest chest pieces. Equipping one of these will give the player 4 armor points and 3 points of poise. While it's not good, it's better than being naked. When fighting weaker monsters in particular, even the smallest of armor points could make the difference between eating or being eaten in Conan Exiles.
