This item is a food item and is one of the most effective in the game. Eating this food item will restore 76 food points and 26 water points. Players can survive in areas without water thanks to Purified Flesh, as long as there's a supply of thralls to harvest the human flesh from.

This food item is powerful, and is ritually purified. A 10 stack of this item can keep players going for a very long time in Conan Exiles.
