The Pit of Yog is the first of the three religious buildings that worshipers of the Yog religion can build in Conan Exiles. This Pit will allow believers of Yog to craft the Yog Cleaver, as well as Purified Flesh. In order to use the Pit of Yog players must have the Acolyte of Yog crafting recipe unlocked as well.

This religious monument to Yog is actually pretty deadly. Don't fall into the fire or death will be instantaneous.

In order to build a Pit of Yog players need to gather 360 stone, 160 wood, and 25 twine. Once these materials have been collected and placed into the players inventory they can proceed to craft on the right-hand side of the player inventory. This building item is only craftable with the Acolyte of Yog recipe unlocked.

It will cost many more materials to upgrade the Pit later on at higher levels. One of the many items required will be Manifestations of Zeal.

Once craft players can place the Pit of Yog wherever they like, even inside their homes if there's enough space. The Yog pit is fairly large, so quite a bit of free space will be required.

Building this religious building is an important first step for any follower of Yog. It's through this building that players can advance through the journey of the Yog religion and eventually summon the Avatar Yog himself.
