The coarse footwraps are part of the coarse armor set in Conan Exiles. This armor set is one of the weakest in the game, and is known by default to all new characters in the game. This armor set can be crafted without spending any knowledge points thanks to the weaver crafting recipe, which is free.

The coarse armor set is the cheapest to make in the game. In order to craft these pieces of armor players only need plant fiber. For the coarse footwraps in particular players only need 8 plant fiber. Plant fiber can be found all over the Conan Exiles world in the form of large bushes. Players can gather plant fiber from these large bushes using the E key (default key) in-game.

While not strong by any stretch of the imagination, the coarse footwraps do in fact give armor and poise. The coarse footwraps give 1 armor point and 1 point of poise. While it's not much, there's a small chance it could make the difference when fighting the lower level wildlife in Conan Exiles.
