The Setite Ritual Knife is the basic religious tool of the followers of Set in Conan Exiles. This tool can be used on human corpses to rip out a Human Heart. This item can be brought back to the shrine to craft Set Antidotes.

The Setite Ritual Knife is an important part of the Set religion. Without it players cannot do much of anything with their religion. Crafting the Set Antidotes from human hearts is one of the ways to get Manifestations of Zeal in the sepulcher of Set. These manifestations of zeal are required to upgrade the sepulcher at a later date.

The Setite Ritual Knife is actually held in the off-hand. Players can wield a weapon while wielding the ritual knife. It actually looks pretty cool to walk around with the ritual knife in one hand a sword in the other.

This religious tool is the backbone of fully functioning Setite society. Players will need to have at least one of these to eventually summon the avatar set in Conan Exiles.
