The Human Heart is a religious item of the worshipers of Set in Conan Exiles. This item can be collected from human corpses using the Setite Ritual Knife. Players can use this item to craft Set Antidotes, a powerful anti-poison potion that will instantly cure the user of all poison debuffs.

This item can be used at the Sepulcher of Set. In the process of using this item to create Set Antidotes, players will receive Manifestations of Zeal into the sepulcher. This is the primary intended way to create manifestations of zeal for the Set religion.

If players ever intend to summon the avatar Set, they'll need to collect quite a few Human Hearts in Conan Exiles.
