The Conan Exiles light boots crafting recipe allows players to make the first upgrade to their foot armor. While the light boots aren't very strong, they're definitely an upgrade from the coarse footwraps.

In order to get the Conan Exiles light boots crafting recipe players must first reach level 9. On top of that players need to get the apprentice craftsman recipe and the armorer crafting recipe. Once the prerequisites have been met, players can purchase this recipe for only 1 knowledge point. While this recipe is affordable, getting the entire light armor set adds up in knowledge points.

Light boots are definitely not the best armor in the game, but they're an improvement. Also players will need this armor in order to unlock the higher level foot armor recipe later on in Conan Exiles.
